Digital Item Delivery & Steam Trade Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Digital Item Delivery & Steam Trade Policy explains how Digital Items purchased through ConSkins are processed and delivered to Users through Steam.

It also describes:

  • the requirements for receiving a Digital Item;
  • the expected delivery timeframe;
  • the responsibilities of the User;
  • the operation of Steam Trade Offers;
  • delays, trade holds and Steam restrictions;
  • expired, rejected or unsuccessful Trade Offers;
  • incorrect or unavailable Digital Items;
  • Steam Trade Protection and trade reversals; and
  • the remedies available where delivery cannot be completed.

This Policy forms part of the ConSkins Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Provider

The ConSkins service is operated by:

CONDEO LTD
Company number: 17225871
Registered office: Dept 6790, 196 High Road, Wood Green, London, United Kingdom, N22 8HH
Email: info@conskins.com

In this Policy, “ConSkins”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean CONDEO LTD.

3. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

  • “Account” means a registered ConSkins user account;
  • “ConSkins Balance” or “Balance” means the internal account credit available for eligible purchases through ConSkins;
  • “Digital Item” means a virtual in-game item compatible with Counter-Strike 2 or another supported Steam-based game;
  • “Order” means a confirmed request to purchase a Digital Item using the ConSkins Balance;
  • “Steam” means the service operated by Valve Corporation;
  • “Steam Account” means the Steam account linked to a User’s ConSkins Account;
  • “Steam Inventory” means the section of a Steam Account in which eligible Digital Items are displayed and managed;
  • “Steam Trade Offer” or “Trade Offer” means an offer through Steam to transfer a Digital Item to the User;
  • “Steam Trade URL” or “Trade URL” means the unique Steam link used to send a Trade Offer to a Steam Account;
  • “Trade Hold” means a temporary delay imposed by Steam before a trade is completed;
  • “Trade Restriction” means any ban, limitation, cooldown, security hold or other restriction imposed by Steam;
  • “Trade Protection” means any Steam mechanism that permits an eligible completed trade to be reversed during a protection period determined by Steam;
  • “Fulfilment Provider” means a third-party inventory, technology or delivery provider used by ConSkins to help source or transfer Digital Items.

4. General Delivery Model

Digital Items purchased through ConSkins are delivered electronically through Steam Trade Offers.

The standard delivery process is:

  • the User creates a ConSkins Account;
  • the User links an eligible Steam Account;
  • the User provides or confirms a valid Steam Trade URL;
  • the User tops up the ConSkins Balance;
  • the User selects an available Digital Item;
  • the purchase price is deducted or reserved from the Balance;
  • the Order is accepted and processed;
  • a Steam Trade Offer containing the Digital Item is sent to the linked Steam Account;
  • the User reviews and accepts the Trade Offer; and
  • the Digital Item appears in the User’s Steam Inventory.

ConSkins may use third-party inventory, technology and Fulfilment Providers to source, process or deliver Digital Items.

The identity and commercial terms of individual providers constitute confidential business information and are not required to be disclosed to the User.

CONDEO LTD remains responsible for addressing delivery issues in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

5. Steam Connection Requirement

A User may register a ConSkins Account using an email address and password without immediately linking Steam.

However, the User must link an eligible Steam Account before purchasing or receiving a Digital Item.

The linked Steam Account must:

  • belong to the User;
  • be under the User’s lawful control;
  • be capable of receiving Steam Trade Offers;
  • have a valid Steam Trade URL;
  • have the required Steam security features enabled;
  • have inventory visibility settings compatible with delivery;
  • not be subject to a Trade Restriction that prevents delivery; and
  • comply with Steam’s applicable rules and requirements.

The User must not link:

  • another person’s Steam Account without authority;
  • a stolen or compromised Steam Account;
  • an Account obtained through fraud or deception;
  • an Account used for phishing or unlawful conduct; or
  • an Account over which the User no longer has control.

6. Steam Trade URL

The Steam Trade URL identifies the Steam Account to which the Trade Offer will be sent.

The User is responsible for:

  • providing the correct Trade URL;
  • ensuring that the Trade URL remains valid;
  • confirming that it belongs to the intended Steam Account;
  • updating it promptly if it changes; and
  • checking the linked information before placing an Order.

ConSkins may display the Steam Account associated with the submitted Trade URL to help the User verify the destination.

We may prevent an Order from being placed where:

  • no Trade URL has been provided;
  • the Trade URL is incomplete or invalid;
  • the linked Steam Account cannot be identified;
  • the Steam Account cannot receive Trade Offers; or
  • the Trade URL appears to create a fraud or security risk.

Providing an incorrect Trade URL may cause delay or failed delivery.

Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to stop or correct an Order if the User reports an incorrect Trade URL before the Digital Item is transferred.

Once a Digital Item has been transferred to the Steam Account specified by the User, recovery may not be possible.

7. Steam Account Requirements

Before placing an Order, the User should ensure that:

  • Steam Guard is enabled;
  • any required Steam Mobile Authenticator period has been completed;
  • the Account is not subject to a trade ban;
  • the Account is not temporarily locked or suspended;
  • no recent password reset or security change prevents trading;
  • the device used to access Steam is authorised;
  • the Steam Inventory has the required visibility settings;
  • the User can receive and confirm Trade Offers;
  • the User has access to the Steam mobile application or email confirmations where required; and
  • the Trade URL is accurate.

Steam may introduce or change these requirements at any time.

ConSkins cannot remove, shorten, waive or override Steam restrictions.

8. Item Availability

Digital Item availability is dynamic.

A Digital Item displayed on the Website may become unavailable because:

  • it was acquired through another transaction;
  • its transfer status changed;
  • a Trade Restriction was imposed;
  • the relevant inventory became unavailable;
  • the information supplied through an integration was delayed;
  • the Digital Item was removed or modified;
  • the source transaction failed;
  • Steam functionality became unavailable; or
  • a technical or pricing error occurred.

Viewing a Digital Item or adding it to a cart does not reserve it.

A Digital Item is reserved for a User only when:

  • the Order has been accepted;
  • the required amount has been deducted or reserved from the ConSkins Balance; and
  • ConSkins confirms that processing has begun.

Even after acceptance, delivery may fail where the item unexpectedly becomes unavailable or cannot legally or technically be transferred.

Where this occurs, the remedies in Section 19 apply.

9. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery is normally initiated shortly after an Order is accepted and will often be completed within several minutes.

However, processing and delivery may take up to 24 hours.

The 24-hour period begins when:

  • the Order has been accepted;
  • the full purchase amount has been deducted or reserved;
  • the User’s Steam details have been successfully validated; and
  • any required payment or security checks have been completed.

A delivery estimate is not an absolute guarantee.

Delivery may take longer where:

  • Steam is unavailable or experiencing delays;
  • a Trade Restriction applies;
  • the Steam Trade URL is invalid;
  • the User’s inventory settings prevent delivery;
  • the User does not confirm or accept the Trade Offer;
  • an anti-fraud, payment or identity review is required;
  • the Digital Item becomes temporarily unavailable;
  • a third-party integration experiences an outage;
  • additional verification is reasonably required; or
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent completion.

Where delivery cannot be completed within 24 hours, we may:

  • continue processing the Order with the User’s agreement;
  • request that the User correct a Steam-related issue;
  • cancel the Order; or
  • restore the deducted purchase amount to the User’s ConSkins Balance.

10. Trade Offer Notification

When a Trade Offer is ready, the User may receive notification through:

  • the ConSkins Account;
  • the Website interface;
  • the registered email address; or
  • Steam.

The User is responsible for monitoring:

  • the linked Steam Account;
  • pending Steam Trade Offers;
  • the registered email address; and
  • relevant ConSkins Account notifications.

Failure to see a notification does not extend the validity of a Steam Trade Offer where the offer itself clearly states an expiry period.

11. Reviewing the Trade Offer

Before accepting a Trade Offer, the User must carefully verify:

  • the identity or identifying information of the sending Steam Account;
  • that the offer was expected following a ConSkins Order;
  • the Digital Item name;
  • the exterior or wear category;
  • StatTrak status, where applicable;
  • float value, where specifically included in the Order;
  • pattern or paint seed, where specifically included;
  • stickers, name tags or other expressly listed characteristics;
  • the number of items included;
  • that the User is not being asked to transfer an item in return; and
  • that the Trade Offer has not been altered or replaced.

A legitimate delivery Trade Offer should not require the User to provide a Digital Item in exchange unless ConSkins has expressly introduced and documented a different service.

The User must not accept a Trade Offer if:

  • the item does not materially match the confirmed Order;
  • the offer requests an unexpected item from the User;
  • the sender appears unrelated or suspicious;
  • the Trade Offer was received without a corresponding Order;
  • the offer appears to have been changed;
  • the item details are materially incorrect; or
  • the User suspects phishing, impersonation or account compromise.

The User should take screenshots and contact info@conskins.com immediately.

12. Trade Offer Acceptance

The User must accept a valid Trade Offer within the period specified in the Trade Offer, Order information or related notification.

Acceptance may require confirmation through:

  • the Steam Mobile application;
  • Steam Guard;
  • email;
  • the Steam client; or
  • another method selected by Steam.

The User is responsible for completing the confirmation process.

An Order is not fully delivered merely because a Trade Offer has been sent.

Delivery is completed only when the correct Digital Item has been successfully transferred to the linked Steam Inventory.

13. Completion of Delivery

Delivery is considered completed when all of the following have occurred:

  • a Trade Offer containing the correct Digital Item was sent to the Steam Account linked to the relevant Order;
  • the User accepted and, where required, confirmed the Trade Offer;
  • Steam completed the transfer; and
  • the Digital Item appeared in the linked Steam Inventory.

After completed delivery:

  • the Order status may be marked as completed;
  • the purchase amount will no longer be available as ConSkins Balance;
  • the User assumes responsibility for securing the Steam Account;
  • ordinary cancellation for change of mind will no longer be available; and
  • any later transfer, use, loss or disposal of the Digital Item will generally be the User’s responsibility.

This does not affect the User’s rights where:

  • the wrong Digital Item was delivered;
  • the item materially differed from the confirmed description;
  • the transfer was not authorised;
  • ConSkins failed to exercise reasonable care and skill; or
  • applicable law provides another mandatory remedy.

14. Incorrect Digital Item

If a Trade Offer contains a Digital Item that materially differs from the confirmed Order, the User must:

  • not accept the Trade Offer;
  • retain screenshots or other evidence;
  • note the Order and Trade Offer reference;
  • contact info@conskins.com promptly; and
  • follow reasonable support instructions.

A material difference may include:

  • a different item type;
  • a different exterior or wear category;
  • missing StatTrak status;
  • a materially different float value where a specific float was part of the Order;
  • a materially different pattern where a specific pattern was part of the Order;
  • missing stickers where the sticker configuration was expressly included; or
  • another unique characteristic expressly identified in the Order.

Minor visual differences caused by:

  • screen settings;
  • Steam or game rendering;
  • lighting;
  • image compression;
  • game updates; or
  • illustrative catalogue images

will not normally constitute incorrect delivery if the underlying Digital Item corresponds to the confirmed Order.

If the User knowingly accepts a clearly incorrect Digital Item without first contacting support, our ability to replace or recover it may be limited.

This does not remove any remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Expired or Rejected Trade Offers

A Trade Offer may expire or be rejected where:

  • the User does not accept it in time;
  • the User manually declines it;
  • Steam cancels the offer;
  • the sending or receiving Steam Account becomes restricted;
  • the item becomes subject to a hold;
  • a security issue is detected; or
  • the offer is withdrawn to prevent an error or suspected fraud.

Where a valid Trade Offer expires because the User did not act, we may:

  • send a replacement Trade Offer;
  • request confirmation of the User’s Steam details;
  • place the Order on hold;
  • cancel the Order; or
  • restore the purchase amount to the ConSkins Balance.

Repeated failure to accept valid Trade Offers may result in:

  • delayed processing;
  • additional verification;
  • temporary purchase restrictions; or
  • Account suspension where abuse is reasonably suspected.

Where the Trade Offer was rejected because it was incorrect or suspicious, the User should contact support rather than repeatedly attempting acceptance.

16. Steam Trade Holds and Restrictions

Steam may delay or prevent a trade for reasons including:

  • Steam Guard not being enabled for the required period;
  • recent addition or removal of a Mobile Authenticator;
  • a recent password reset;
  • recent recovery of a Steam Account;
  • use of a newly authorised device;
  • cancellation of another accepted trade;
  • a trade or account ban;
  • a limited Steam Account;
  • a security lock;
  • a temporary cooldown;
  • a restriction introduced by Valve; or
  • suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.

The duration of any restriction is determined solely by Steam.

ConSkins does not guarantee that:

  • a Steam Account is eligible to trade;
  • Steam will approve a Trade Offer;
  • a Trade Hold will end on a particular date;
  • Valve will maintain its current trading rules; or
  • Steam Support will remove a restriction.

Where a restriction prevents delivery, ConSkins may keep the Order pending for a reasonable period or cancel it and restore the amount to the User’s Balance.

The User must not attempt to bypass a Steam restriction by:

  • linking another person’s Steam Account;
  • creating multiple ConSkins Accounts;
  • using false information;
  • manipulating a Trade URL;
  • using unauthorised automation; or
  • asking another person to receive the Digital Item on the User’s behalf.

17. Steam Trade Protection

Steam may designate certain Digital Items or completed transfers as protected for a period determined by Steam.

During that period, Steam may permit an eligible trade to be reversed through Steam’s own systems.

Steam Trade Protection is controlled by Valve and is separate from the ConSkins refund process.

ConSkins does not control:

  • which items are protected;
  • the duration of protection;
  • the eligibility requirements for a reversal;
  • the consequences applied by Steam;
  • whether a reversal request is accepted; or
  • changes to the protection mechanism.

Where relevant, a Digital Item may remain marked in Steam as protected or subject to transfer restrictions after delivery.

Such a status does not by itself mean that ConSkins failed to deliver the Digital Item.

18. Protected Trade Reversals

If the correct Digital Item was delivered and the User later uses or participates in a Steam reversal:

  • the original Order will not automatically become refundable;
  • ConSkins may investigate the circumstances;
  • the Account and remaining Balance may be temporarily restricted;
  • pending Orders may be cancelled;
  • related Balance adjustments may be reversed;
  • the User may be asked to provide evidence of account compromise or fraud; and
  • ConSkins may take reasonable steps to prevent double recovery.

The User must not use Steam Trade Protection to:

  • retain or recover the Digital Item while also seeking a refund;
  • obtain both the purchase value and the Digital Item;
  • reverse a properly completed trade because the item’s value changed;
  • avoid an authorised purchase;
  • conduct chargeback fraud;
  • conceal onward transfer arrangements; or
  • otherwise obtain an unfair financial benefit.

Where a reversal was caused by a genuine Steam Account compromise, phishing incident or unauthorised access, the User must:

  • secure the Steam Account;
  • contact Steam Support;
  • notify ConSkins promptly;
  • provide available evidence; and
  • cooperate with a reasonable investigation.

Each case will be assessed individually.

Nothing in this section excludes rights available to a User where the original delivery was incorrect, unauthorised or otherwise legally defective.

19. Failed Delivery

Delivery is considered unsuccessful where:

  • no Digital Item was transferred;
  • the Digital Item became permanently unavailable;
  • the Trade Offer could not be created;
  • Steam permanently prevented the transfer;
  • the Trade Offer repeatedly failed for reasons not caused by the User;
  • the Order was cancelled before completed delivery;
  • a technical error prevented fulfilment; or
  • ConSkins determines that the Order cannot reasonably be completed.

Where delivery fails, ConSkins will ordinarily:

  • cancel the Order;
  • release any reserved Balance; or
  • restore the full amount deducted for the Digital Item to the ConSkins Balance.

The restored amount will normally include the full price deducted for the failed Order, including any service charge and applicable VAT or taxes already included in that price.

ConSkins will not deduct a cancellation fee for an Order that failed because the Digital Item could not be supplied.

Restoration to the ConSkins Balance does not reverse the original top-up transaction.

Where applicable law requires a monetary refund, the relevant amount will be returned in accordance with the Refund, Cancellation & Failed Delivery Policy.

20. Failed Delivery Caused by the User

Delivery may fail because the User:

  • provided an incorrect Trade URL;
  • linked the wrong Steam Account;
  • failed to enable required security settings;
  • did not accept a valid Trade Offer;
  • declined the correct Trade Offer;
  • changed the Trade URL during processing;
  • made the inventory inaccessible;
  • became subject to a Steam restriction;
  • lost access to the Steam Account;
  • failed to complete requested verification; or
  • otherwise prevented fulfilment.

Where reasonably possible, ConSkins will provide an opportunity to correct the issue.

We may:

  • attempt delivery again;
  • ask the User to update Steam details;
  • keep the Order pending for a reasonable period;
  • cancel the Order; or
  • return the deducted amount to the ConSkins Balance.

ConSkins may refuse repeated delivery attempts where:

  • the User does not cooperate;
  • there is a security risk;
  • fraud is suspected;
  • the Digital Item is no longer available; or
  • further attempts would be technically impossible.

A User will not lose valid cash-funded Balance solely because of an ordinary correctable delivery error.

However, ConSkins is not responsible for a Digital Item that was successfully transferred to an incorrect Steam Account solely because the User provided and confirmed an incorrect Trade URL, to the extent recovery is no longer reasonably possible.

21. Duplicate or Multiple Deliveries

If a technical error results in the User receiving more Digital Items than were purchased, the User must notify ConSkins promptly.

The User must not knowingly:

  • transfer the additional item;
  • sell it;
  • use it;
  • conceal it;
  • initiate a reversal involving it; or
  • otherwise prevent reasonable recovery.

ConSkins may request that the User return the additional Digital Item through a verified Steam Trade Offer.

The User must carefully verify any return request before accepting it.

ConSkins will not ask the User to return an item through an unsolicited third-party message, social media account or unofficial communication channel.

Where the additional item cannot reasonably be returned, we may correct the User’s Balance only where legally permitted and after providing appropriate information about the adjustment.

22. Security of Trade Offers

The User should treat every unexpected Steam message or Trade Offer with caution.

ConSkins will never ask the User to:

  • disclose a Steam password;
  • disclose a Steam Guard code;
  • provide an email password;
  • install unverified software;
  • transfer a Digital Item as a “verification” step;
  • send an item to an administrator;
  • complete a separate purchase through an unknown website;
  • share a payment card PIN; or
  • communicate with an unofficial “support agent” through Steam.

The User should:

  • access ConSkins by entering conskins.com directly;
  • verify the website domain;
  • review every item in the Trade Offer;
  • confirm that the offer relates to an actual Order;
  • avoid links sent by unknown persons;
  • enable Steam Guard;
  • use unique passwords;
  • secure the email account linked to Steam; and
  • report suspicious activity immediately.

ConSkins is not responsible for losses caused solely by an unrelated phishing website, impersonator or fraudulent Trade Offer that was not sent or authorised by ConSkins or its legitimate Fulfilment Providers.

This does not affect responsibility for failures in security controls that ConSkins is legally required to maintain.

23. Technical and Third-Party Delays

Delivery depends on systems operated by third parties, including:

  • Steam;
  • hosting and network providers;
  • inventory and Fulfilment Providers;
  • security services;
  • payment providers; and
  • communication services.

ConSkins will take reasonable steps to restore or complete delivery where a third-party disruption occurs.

We are not responsible for a delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, provided that we:

  • did not cause the disruption;
  • take reasonable steps to minimise its effect;
  • communicate material delays where appropriate; and
  • provide an appropriate remedy if the Order cannot be completed.

A third-party delay does not permit ConSkins to retain the purchase amount indefinitely without delivering the Digital Item or providing an appropriate remedy.

24. Changes Made by Steam or Valve

Valve may at any time:

  • change Steam Trade Offer functionality;
  • introduce new confirmation requirements;
  • alter Trade Hold periods;
  • introduce or remove Trade Protection;
  • restrict particular Digital Items;
  • modify inventory functionality;
  • suspend Steam services;
  • change game item characteristics;
  • remove an item or game feature; or
  • take enforcement action against a Steam Account.

ConSkins is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Valve.

Where a change prevents delivery of an accepted Order, ConSkins will take reasonable steps to:

  • complete delivery under the new requirements;
  • offer the User a reasonable alternative with consent;
  • cancel the Order; or
  • restore the deducted amount to the ConSkins Balance.

25. Order Evidence and Records

ConSkins may retain records relating to:

  • the Order;
  • the selected Digital Item;
  • the displayed item characteristics;
  • the amount deducted;
  • the Steam Account and Trade URL;
  • the sending Steam Account;
  • the Trade Offer reference;
  • timestamps;
  • acceptance and delivery status;
  • technical logs;
  • screenshots;
  • dispute communications; and
  • security or fraud signals.

These records may be used to:

  • confirm delivery;
  • investigate complaints;
  • resolve payment disputes;
  • prevent fraud;
  • respond to chargebacks;
  • enforce the Terms and Conditions; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

26. Reporting a Delivery Issue

A User should report a delivery issue as soon as reasonably possible by emailing:

info@conskins.com

The report should include:

  • the registered email address;
  • the Order number;
  • the date and approximate time of the Order;
  • the Digital Item concerned;
  • the linked Steam profile or Steam ID;
  • the Trade Offer reference, where available;
  • a clear description of the issue;
  • screenshots or screen recordings; and
  • any relevant communication from Steam.

The User should not alter, delete or conceal relevant evidence.

Prompt reporting helps us investigate before Trade Offers expire or Digital Items are transferred further.

27. Investigation Process

When investigating a delivery issue, ConSkins may:

  • review internal Order records;
  • check the status of the Steam Trade Offer;
  • verify the linked Steam Account;
  • consult relevant technical or Fulfilment Providers;
  • request screenshots or additional information;
  • compare the delivered item with the confirmed Order;
  • review login, security and transaction records;
  • check whether the Digital Item was accepted, transferred or reversed; and
  • temporarily restrict related Account activity.

The User must provide reasonable cooperation.

We will not require information that is disproportionate or unrelated to the issue.

After investigation, ConSkins may:

  • confirm successful delivery;
  • resend a valid Trade Offer;
  • arrange delivery of the correct Digital Item;
  • cancel the Order;
  • restore the purchase amount to the ConSkins Balance;
  • provide another remedy required by law;
  • reject an unsupported claim; or
  • take action concerning suspected fraud or abuse.

28. Refunds and Other Remedies

Refunds and remedies are governed by the Refund, Cancellation & Failed Delivery Policy.

As a general rule:

  • an unsuccessful Digital Item Order is refunded to the ConSkins Balance;
  • a cancelled Order is refunded to the ConSkins Balance;
  • an incorrect Trade Offer should be rejected and corrected;
  • a successfully delivered correct Digital Item is not refundable merely because the User changed their mind;
  • a later decrease in value does not create a refund right;
  • a User must not obtain both the Digital Item and a refund; and
  • monetary refunds will be provided where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy excludes mandatory consumer rights.

29. Limitation of Responsibility

Nothing in this Policy limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited, including responsibility for:

  • fraud;
  • fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • deliberate misconduct;
  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • breach of mandatory consumer rights; or
  • another liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to those protections, ConSkins is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused solely by:

  • an incorrect Trade URL supplied by the User;
  • an ineligible Steam Account;
  • a Steam ban or restriction;
  • the User’s failure to accept a valid offer;
  • the User’s acceptance of an unrelated or clearly incorrect offer;
  • phishing unrelated to ConSkins;
  • loss of the User’s Steam credentials;
  • actions taken independently by Valve; or
  • the User’s breach of this Policy.

ConSkins remains responsible for taking reasonable care in processing Orders and arranging delivery.

30. Relationship with Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

  • the Terms and Conditions;
  • the ConSkins Balance, Payments & Pricing Policy;
  • the Refund, Cancellation & Failed Delivery Policy;
  • the Acceptable Use, Fraud Prevention & Account Security Policy;
  • the KYC & Sanctions Policy;
  • the Privacy Policy; and
  • the Complaints & Dispute Resolution Policy.

If there is a conflict, the Terms and Conditions will prevail unless:

  • another Policy expressly states that it takes precedence for a specific issue; or
  • applicable law requires otherwise.

31. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect:

  • changes to the ConSkins delivery process;
  • changes introduced by Steam or Valve;
  • new security requirements;
  • changes to third-party integrations;
  • technical improvements;
  • changes in applicable law; or
  • operational or fraud-prevention requirements.

The current version will be published on the Website with an updated revision date.

Changes will not ordinarily reduce remedies relating to an Order already accepted before the change took effect.

32. Governing Law

This Policy and disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and jurisdictional rights available under the laws of your country of residence.

Nothing in this Policy removes those mandatory rights.
