You should not use ConSkins if you do not agree to them.

2. Nature of the ConSkins Service

ConSkins provides an online service through which eligible Users can:

  • create and manage an Account;
  • top up their ConSkins Balance through available payment methods;
  • browse Digital Items made available through the Website;
  • purchase available Digital Items using the ConSkins Balance; and
  • receive purchased Digital Items through Steam Trade Offers.

Users cannot use ConSkins to:

  • advertise or offer their own Digital Items;
  • determine the prices of Digital Items offered through ConSkins;
  • sell Digital Items to ConSkins or other Users;
  • transfer Balance to another User;
  • exchange Balance for cash during ordinary use of the Service; or
  • withdraw Balance except where expressly permitted under these Terms, the Refund Policy, the Account closure process or applicable law.

Digital Items displayed through the Website may be sourced, processed and delivered using third-party inventory, technology and fulfilment providers.

We are not required to identify individual suppliers or disclose confidential commercial arrangements. However, CONDEO LTD remains responsible to the User for providing the ConSkins service in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

3. Eligibility

To create and use a ConSkins Account, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;
  • have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
  • use the Service only for lawful purposes;
  • provide accurate, current and complete information;
  • use payment methods and funds that you are legally authorised to use;
  • not be subject to sanctions or restrictions that prohibit us from providing the Service to you;
  • not be located in a jurisdiction in which access to the Service or the purchase of Digital Items is prohibited; and
  • comply with these Terms, applicable law and the rules applicable to your Steam Account.

We may request evidence of your age, identity, residence, source of funds or authority to use a payment method.

We may refuse registration, restrict access or decline a transaction where we reasonably believe that the eligibility requirements have not been met.

ConSkins is not intended for children or minors.

4. Geographic Availability and Restricted Jurisdictions

The availability of ConSkins may vary by country or region.

We do not provide the Service where doing so would:

  • violate applicable law;
  • breach financial, trade or economic sanctions;
  • conflict with restrictions imposed by a payment provider, technology provider or fulfilment provider;
  • expose us or our service providers to unacceptable legal, regulatory, fraud or compliance risk; or
  • be incompatible with Steam functionality or restrictions.

We may restrict, suspend or discontinue access from particular countries or regions at any time where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, security or operational reasons.

You must not use a VPN, proxy, false address or other method to conceal or misrepresent your location for the purpose of bypassing a restriction.

5. Account Registration

You may create a ConSkins Account using an email address and password.

You must:

  • provide an email address that you control;
  • create a secure password;
  • keep your registration information accurate;
  • maintain access to the registered email address;
  • protect your login credentials; and
  • promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not:

  • create an Account for another person without authorisation;
  • provide false or misleading information;
  • sell, rent, transfer or share your Account;
  • create multiple Accounts to avoid restrictions, limits or security controls;
  • allow another person to use your Account to make payments or purchases; or
  • use another person’s Account.

Unless we expressly approve otherwise, each individual may maintain only one Account.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your Account where they result from your failure to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

You must immediately contact info@conskins.com if you believe that your Account has been accessed or used without your permission.

6. Linking a Steam Account

You may register and browse ConSkins without linking Steam. However, you must link an eligible Steam Account before you can purchase or receive a Digital Item.

The linked Steam Account must:

  • belong to you;
  • be under your lawful control;
  • be eligible to receive Steam Trade Offers;
  • have a valid Steam Trade URL;
  • have Steam Guard or other required security features enabled;
  • have an inventory visibility setting compatible with delivery;
  • not be subject to a trade ban, trade lock, cooldown, hold or other restriction that prevents delivery; and
  • comply with Steam’s applicable terms and rules.

You are responsible for ensuring that the Steam Account and Steam Trade URL connected to your ConSkins Account are correct.

You must not link:

  • a stolen or compromised Steam Account;
  • a Steam Account belonging to another person;
  • an Account that you are not authorised to use; or
  • an Account used for fraud, phishing, money laundering or other unlawful conduct.

ConSkins will never ask you to disclose your Steam password.

Your agreement with Valve concerning your Steam Account remains separate from your agreement with us.

7. Steam Account Restrictions

Steam may impose restrictions affecting the transfer, availability or use of Digital Items, including:

  • trade holds;
  • trade cooldowns;
  • account limitations;
  • Steam Guard requirements;
  • confirmation requirements;
  • trade protection periods;
  • temporary or permanent trade bans;
  • restrictions following password, device or security changes; or
  • restrictions introduced by Valve after an Order has been placed.

These restrictions are controlled by Steam and may change without notice.

We do not control Steam and cannot remove, shorten or override Steam restrictions.

Where delivery is delayed or prevented because of a restriction affecting your Steam Account, we may:

  • ask you to correct the issue;
  • keep the Order pending for a reasonable period;
  • attempt delivery again;
  • cancel the Order; or
  • restore the purchase amount to your ConSkins Balance.

Further details are provided in the Digital Item Delivery & Steam Trade Policy.

8. ConSkins Balance

8.1 General nature of the Balance

The ConSkins Balance is an internal account credit used solely to purchase eligible Digital Items through ConSkins.

The Balance:

  • is not a bank account;
  • is not a deposit account;
  • does not earn interest;
  • cannot be used outside ConSkins;
  • cannot be transferred between Users;
  • cannot be sold or assigned;
  • cannot ordinarily be exchanged or withdrawn for cash; and
  • is not represented as cryptocurrency, an investment or a financial product.

Your Account may display:

  • Balance funded through completed payments;
  • refunded purchase amounts;
  • promotional or bonus credit; or
  • adjustments resulting from corrections, reversals or dispute resolutions.

Promotional or complimentary Balance may be subject to separate conditions and is not redeemable for money unless required by law.

8.2 Top-ups

You must top up your ConSkins Balance before purchasing a Digital Item.

Balance top-ups are processed through an independent payment service provider selected by us. Available payment methods will be displayed at the time of payment.

By submitting a top-up, you confirm that:

  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
  • the payment information provided is accurate;
  • the funds are from a lawful source;
  • the transaction is not fraudulent or unauthorised; and
  • you agree to any applicable terms presented by the payment provider.

A top-up is completed only after the payment has been successfully processed and the corresponding amount has been credited to your Account.

We may delay, reject, reverse or review a top-up where:

  • the payment remains pending;
  • the payment provider declines or reverses it;
  • information cannot be verified;
  • the payment appears unusual or unauthorised;
  • a chargeback or payment dispute is opened;
  • sanctions or geographic restrictions apply;
  • further identity verification is required; or
  • we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.

8.3 Reversal of credited Balance

If a payment used to fund the Balance is later cancelled, reversed, refunded or charged back, we may:

  • remove the corresponding Balance;
  • cancel pending Orders;
  • place the Account into a negative balance where the credited amount has already been used;
  • require repayment of the resulting amount;
  • suspend access to the Account; or
  • take other reasonable steps to recover losses and prevent further misuse.

We will not remove valid cash-funded Balance without a legitimate contractual, legal, payment-related or security reason.

9. Prices, Fees and Taxes

The price of each Digital Item is displayed on the Website before the Order is submitted.

Unless clearly stated otherwise:

  • displayed Digital Item prices include ConSkins service charges;
  • applicable VAT and taxes are included in the displayed price; and
  • no additional ConSkins purchase commission is added after Order confirmation.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may separately impose:

  • foreign exchange charges;
  • international transaction fees;
  • card processing charges; or
  • other third-party fees.

Such external charges are not controlled by ConSkins.

Prices may change at any time due to availability, demand, Digital Item characteristics, third-party pricing data, currency movements or other commercial factors.

A price change does not affect an Order that we have already accepted.

An obvious pricing, technical or display error does not bind us. Where an Order is affected by such an error, we may cancel it and restore the amount deducted from your Balance.

10. Digital Item Information

Digital Items may have individual characteristics, including:

  • item type;
  • exterior or wear category;
  • float value;
  • pattern or paint seed;
  • StatTrak status;
  • stickers;
  • name tags;
  • trade lock status; and
  • other game-specific properties.

You must review the information shown on the Order page before confirming a purchase.

Images may be illustrative. Colours and visual appearance may vary depending on screen settings, game updates, lighting, rendering or other technical factors.

Where ConSkins identifies a specific float, pattern, sticker configuration or other unique attribute as part of the confirmed Order, the delivered Digital Item should materially correspond to that description.

If the Steam Trade Offer contains a different Digital Item or a material discrepancy, you must not accept the offer and should contact info@conskins.com immediately.

11. Placing an Order

You may place an Order only where:

  • your Account is active;
  • your Steam Account has been linked;
  • your Steam details are valid;
  • your Balance is sufficient;
  • the Digital Item remains available; and
  • any required payment, security or identity checks have been completed.

Submitting an Order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Digital Item.

An Order is accepted when we:

  • confirm acceptance through the Website or by email; and
  • deduct or reserve the corresponding amount from your Balance.

Adding an item to a cart, viewing it or beginning checkout does not reserve it.

Availability may change before an Order is accepted.

If the Digital Item is no longer available, we may:

  • offer an equivalent alternative, subject to your agreement;
  • cancel the Order; and
  • restore the deducted amount to your ConSkins Balance.

We will not substitute a materially different Digital Item without your consent.

12. Delivery

Digital Items are delivered through Steam Trade Offers.

Delivery is normally initiated shortly after Order acceptance but may take up to 24 hours. Longer delays may occur due to:

  • Steam restrictions or service interruptions;
  • payment or security reviews;
  • incorrect Steam details;
  • inventory availability;
  • trade holds or trade protection;
  • technical failures;
  • third-party fulfilment delays; or
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery is completed when:

  • the correct Steam Trade Offer has been sent;
  • you accept the offer through Steam; and
  • the Digital Item is transferred to your linked Steam inventory.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing the Steam Trade Offer before accepting it.

If an Order cannot be completed, the deducted purchase amount will ordinarily be restored to your ConSkins Balance in accordance with the Delivery and Refund Policies.

13. Your Delivery Responsibilities

You must:

  • maintain a valid Steam Trade URL;
  • ensure that your Steam Account can receive Digital Items;
  • check that the trade offer relates to the correct Digital Item;
  • verify the sender and content of the trade offer;
  • accept the offer within the stated period;
  • avoid interacting with suspicious or unrelated trade offers; and
  • promptly report any apparent error.

We are not responsible for a loss caused solely by your:

  • provision of an incorrect Steam Trade URL;
  • linking of the wrong Steam Account;
  • voluntary acceptance of a clearly incorrect or unrelated trade offer;
  • disclosure of Steam credentials;
  • failure to maintain reasonable account security;
  • failure to accept a valid offer before it expires; or
  • breach of Steam’s rules.

This does not exclude responsibility where the loss was caused by our breach, negligence or failure to exercise reasonable care.

14. Cancellation and Consumer Rights

14.1 Immediate supply

Digital Items are digital content delivered electronically through Steam.

When placing an Order, you may be asked to:

  • expressly request that delivery begin immediately; and
  • acknowledge that, once supply begins or the Digital Item is delivered, you may lose any statutory right to cancel merely because you changed your mind.

We will provide the required acknowledgement through the checkout process where applicable.

14.2 After delivery

Once the correct Digital Item has been accepted and delivered, the Order is generally final.

A refund will not ordinarily be provided merely because:

  • you changed your mind;
  • you no longer want the Digital Item;
  • its value later increased or decreased;
  • another service offers a different price;
  • you dislike its appearance after delivery;
  • you transferred, modified, consumed or otherwise used it; or
  • your Steam Account subsequently became restricted.

14.3 Statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may remain entitled to an appropriate remedy where, for example:

  • the Digital Item was not delivered;
  • a materially different Digital Item was delivered;
  • the Digital Item did not materially match the confirmed description;
  • we did not have the right to arrange its supply;
  • an unauthorised payment occurred;
  • a duplicate payment was taken;
  • a technical error resulted in an incorrect deduction; or
  • applicable law otherwise requires a refund, replacement or price reduction.

Detailed rules are set out in the Refund, Cancellation & Failed Delivery Policy.

15. Refunds to the ConSkins Balance

Where an Order is cancelled or cannot be completed, the amount deducted for that Order will ordinarily be restored to the ConSkins Balance.

A Balance refund may be used to purchase another eligible Digital Item.

A refund relating to an unsuccessful Digital Item Order is separate from a reversal of the original Balance top-up.

Where applicable law requires a monetary refund, or where the issue concerns the original top-up itself, we may return the relevant amount to the original payment method.

We will not replace a legally required monetary refund with internal credit where doing so would unlawfully restrict your consumer rights.

16. Steam Trade Protection and Reversals

Steam may allow certain completed trades to be reversed or returned during a protection period determined by Steam.

Where you receive the correct Digital Item and later initiate or participate in a Steam reversal:

  • the original delivery may still be treated as properly completed;
  • you will not automatically be entitled to a refund;
  • we may investigate the transaction;
  • we may suspend the Account and related Orders;
  • we may reverse related Balance credits;
  • we may require repayment where you retained both the Digital Item value and the corresponding Balance; and
  • we may permanently restrict access where the reversal was fraudulent or abusive.

You must notify us promptly if a reversal resulted from:

  • unauthorised access to your Steam Account;
  • a genuine security compromise;
  • an incorrect Digital Item;
  • fraud by a third party; or
  • another circumstance outside your reasonable control.

We will assess such cases individually and in accordance with applicable law.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or external payment dispute, you should contact us at info@conskins.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

This does not prevent you from exercising a lawful right to contact your card issuer, bank, payment provider or competent authority.

You must not initiate a chargeback:

  • after receiving the correct Digital Item;
  • to avoid an agreed purchase;
  • because the value of the Digital Item changed;
  • while falsely claiming that an authorised transaction was unauthorised; or
  • as a means of obtaining both the Digital Item and the payment amount.

Where a chargeback is opened, we may temporarily restrict:

  • the disputed Balance;
  • pending Orders;
  • further top-ups;
  • delivery of additional Digital Items; and
  • access to the Account.

If a chargeback is resolved in your favour, we will make any required correction.

If it is resolved against you, we may recover the amount, payment provider costs and losses reasonably resulting from fraudulent or abusive conduct, to the extent permitted by law.

18. Identity, Payment and Compliance Checks

We or our service providers may conduct checks to:

  • verify identity and age;
  • confirm ownership of a payment method;
  • prevent fraud and account misuse;
  • comply with sanctions and legal obligations;
  • investigate unusual transactions;
  • respond to chargebacks;
  • protect Users and service providers; or
  • comply with requests from competent authorities.

We may request:

  • full name;
  • date of birth;
  • residential address;
  • identity document;
  • photograph or video verification;
  • proof of address;
  • evidence of payment method ownership;
  • transaction information;
  • information concerning the source of funds; or
  • other information reasonably necessary for verification.

You must provide accurate information and must not submit another person’s documents.

We may delay or refuse a transaction, suspend an Account or withhold a refund while a legitimate verification, fraud or legal review remains incomplete.

Information about our checks and personal data handling is provided in the KYC & Sanctions Policy and Privacy Policy.

19. Prohibited Use

You must not use ConSkins to:

  • commit fraud or deception;
  • use stolen, unauthorised or unlawfully obtained funds;
  • use another person’s payment method without authority;
  • launder money or conceal the source of funds;
  • evade sanctions or geographic restrictions;
  • manipulate prices, availability or technical systems;
  • create artificial transactions;
  • abuse refunds, promotions or chargebacks;
  • impersonate another person;
  • create or operate multiple Accounts without permission;
  • buy Digital Items on behalf of an undisclosed third party;
  • exploit bugs, errors or vulnerabilities;
  • interfere with the Website or its security;
  • introduce malware or harmful code;
  • scrape, copy or extract data through automated means without permission;
  • use unauthorised bots, scripts or automation;
  • attempt to gain access to another User’s Account;
  • conduct phishing or send false Steam Trade Offers;
  • use the Service for betting, wagering or gambling;
  • violate Steam’s terms or applicable law; or
  • infringe the rights of ConSkins, Valve or any third party.

Additional restrictions are set out in the Acceptable Use, Fraud Prevention & Account Security Policy.

20. Suspension and Restriction

We may temporarily suspend or restrict an Account or transaction where reasonably necessary to:

  • protect the User or the Service;
  • investigate suspected fraud;
  • verify identity or payment information;
  • respond to a security incident;
  • address a payment reversal or chargeback;
  • comply with law, sanctions or a competent authority;
  • enforce these Terms;
  • prevent harm to another person; or
  • resolve an operational or technical issue.

Where appropriate, we will explain the general reason for the restriction and provide a method for contacting support.

We may be unable to disclose detailed fraud, security or compliance criteria where doing so could compromise our controls or breach legal obligations.

A suspension does not cancel obligations arising from completed Orders, valid payments, chargebacks or other outstanding matters.

21. Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your Account by writing to:

info@conskins.com

The request should be sent from the email address registered to the Account.

We may require reasonable verification before closing the Account.

Before closure, we may need to:

  • complete or cancel active Orders;
  • resolve pending Steam Trade Offers;
  • complete payment or identity checks;
  • investigate chargebacks or disputes;
  • correct any negative Balance;
  • comply with legal retention requirements; and
  • determine the refundable cash-funded Balance.

Subject to applicable checks, the eligible unused cash-funded Balance will be returned to the original payment method.

Where the Balance was funded through multiple payments, the refund may be allocated between the corresponding original transactions.

The following are not ordinarily refundable as money:

  • promotional or complimentary Balance;
  • Balance already spent on successfully delivered Digital Items;
  • amounts arising from reversed or unpaid top-ups;
  • amounts subject to an unresolved chargeback or fraud investigation; and
  • amounts that we are legally required to restrict or withhold.

If the original payment method is no longer available, we may request additional information and arrange another lawful refund method where reasonably possible.

Account closure does not automatically require the immediate deletion of all records. We may retain transaction, payment, security, fraud, complaint and compliance information where necessary under our Privacy Policy or applicable law.

22. Termination by ConSkins

We may terminate or permanently restrict an Account where:

  • the User materially or repeatedly breaches these Terms;
  • the Account is used for fraud or unlawful conduct;
  • information or documents are false;
  • a payment method is used without authority;
  • the User abuses chargebacks, refunds or Steam reversals;
  • the User threatens or harms other persons or our personnel;
  • continued access would breach law, sanctions or provider requirements;
  • the User attempts to compromise the Service; or
  • maintaining the Account creates an unacceptable security or legal risk.

Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, we will notify the User.

Termination does not affect:

  • completed Orders;
  • outstanding payment obligations;
  • chargeback or fraud investigations;
  • accrued rights;
  • rights to legally required refunds; or
  • provisions intended to continue after termination.

Any eligible cash-funded Balance remaining after termination will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy, applicable law and the circumstances giving rise to termination.

23. Digital Item Risks

You acknowledge that:

  • Digital Item prices can be volatile;
  • past prices do not guarantee future value;
  • Digital Items are not investments offered by ConSkins;
  • we do not provide financial or investment advice;
  • liquidity and resale opportunities are not guaranteed;
  • Valve may modify, restrict, remove or discontinue Digital Items or related functionality;
  • Steam may change trade rules and protection mechanisms;
  • game updates may affect appearance, functionality, rarity or perceived value;
  • third-party pricing and item information may contain delays or errors; and
  • access to a Digital Item depends on the continued operation of Steam and the relevant game.

You are responsible for deciding whether a Digital Item is suitable for you.

ConSkins does not guarantee that any Digital Item can later be sold, transferred or exchanged for a particular amount.

24. Relationship with Valve and Steam

ConSkins is an independent service.

CONDEO LTD is not Valve Corporation, is not operated by Valve and is not officially affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Valve.

Steam, Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2 and related names, logos, Digital Items, images and intellectual property belong to Valve or their respective rights holders.

Your use of Steam remains subject to your separate agreement with Valve.

We are not responsible for:

  • Steam outages;
  • changes to Steam functionality;
  • Steam Account restrictions;
  • Valve enforcement decisions;
  • Steam security incidents not caused by us;
  • changes to Digital Items made by Valve; or
  • the discontinuation of Steam or Counter-Strike functionality.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Valve’s intellectual property.

25. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party intellectual property, all rights in the Website and ConSkins service, including its:

  • software;
  • source and object code;
  • databases;
  • design;
  • layout;
  • branding;
  • text;
  • graphics;
  • interfaces;
  • processes; and
  • original content

belong to or are licensed to CONDEO LTD.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Website for its intended lawful purpose.

You must not, without written permission:

  • copy or reproduce substantial parts of the Website;
  • modify, reverse engineer or decompile the Service;
  • remove copyright or proprietary notices;
  • use ConSkins branding in a misleading manner;
  • create a confusingly similar service;
  • extract or republish pricing or catalogue data;
  • use the Website for unauthorised commercial exploitation; or
  • attempt to discover confidential supplier, technical or commercial information through unlawful means.

26. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The Website may be unavailable due to:

  • maintenance;
  • updates;
  • security work;
  • technical failures;
  • hosting or network outages;
  • Steam downtime;
  • payment provider downtime;
  • third-party fulfilment failures;
  • cyberattacks;
  • legal or regulatory requirements; or
  • events outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue particular features where reasonably necessary.

Where a change materially affects an accepted Order or valid cash-funded Balance, we will take reasonable steps to complete the Order, restore the Balance or provide another appropriate remedy.

27. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • deliberate misconduct;
  • breach of statutory consumer rights; or
  • any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for loss that:

  • was not reasonably foreseeable;
  • results from your breach of these Terms;
  • results from incorrect information supplied by you;
  • results solely from Steam restrictions outside our control;
  • arises from your voluntary acceptance of an unrelated or clearly incorrect trade offer;
  • results from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect credentials; or
  • could reasonably have been avoided by following our security instructions.

ConSkins is intended for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit, loss of commercial opportunity or interruption of business arising from consumer use of the Service.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

28. Responsibility for Your Conduct

You are responsible for losses reasonably incurred by us as a direct result of your deliberate fraud, unlawful conduct or material breach of these Terms.

This may include reasonable payment provider charges, investigation costs or third-party claims caused by:

  • use of stolen payment details;
  • fraudulent chargebacks;
  • identity misuse;
  • unlawful interference with the Service; or
  • knowingly false representations.

We will not seek to recover amounts that are disproportionate, unforeseeable or prohibited by law.

29. Privacy and Cookies

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains:

  • what information we collect;
  • how and why it is used;
  • when it may be shared with service providers;
  • how long it may be retained;
  • how international transfers are handled; and
  • your data protection rights.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.

By using a payment service or linking Steam, you may also be subject to the respective provider’s privacy terms.

30. Complaints

Questions, complaints and disputes should be sent to:

info@conskins.com

To help us investigate, you should provide:

  • your registered email address;
  • the relevant Order or transaction reference;
  • a clear description of the issue;
  • relevant Steam Trade Offer information;
  • screenshots or other supporting evidence; and
  • the resolution requested.

We will review complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable period.

Further information is provided in the Complaints & Dispute Resolution Policy.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms where necessary to reflect:

  • changes in law;
  • changes to Steam;
  • payment or security requirements;
  • new or modified Service features;
  • changes to our operating model;
  • fraud prevention requirements; or
  • corrections and improvements.

The updated version will be published on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Where a change materially affects existing Users, we will provide reasonable notice through the Website, Account or registered email address where appropriate.

Changes will not ordinarily apply retroactively to completed Orders.

Continued use after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service and request Account closure.

32. Communications

We may communicate with you through:

  • your registered email address;
  • notices displayed in your Account;
  • Website notifications; or
  • support communications.

You are responsible for maintaining a current email address and reviewing important Account notices.

Operational and contractual communications may be provided electronically.

The official language of these Terms and communications concerning them is English. Any translation may be provided for convenience only. In the event of inconsistency, the English version will prevail, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

33. Transfer of Rights

You may not transfer your Account or your rights and obligations under these Terms to another person.

We may transfer our rights and obligations to:

  • an affiliate;
  • a purchaser of the business or relevant assets;
  • a successor operator; or
  • another entity as part of a reorganisation,

provided that the transfer does not materially reduce your statutory rights.

34. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

35. No Waiver

If we delay or fail to enforce a provision, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only where it is expressly given.

36. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Policies incorporated into them constitute the agreement between you and CONDEO LTD concerning your use of ConSkins.

They replace any prior discussions or representations concerning the same subject matter, except where reliance on a representation cannot lawfully be excluded.

37. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of the country or region where you live.

Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence.
